Jamberlyne Voss is the Administrative Assistant to the Project Director at The Center for Strategic Leadership and Organizational Coherence which provides leadership and world-class training and support to K-12 staff across the country. For more than 25 years, Voss has mentored clerical staff members with high-impact strategies for organizational transformation and auditing

readiness as well as advanced the implementation of best practices for continuous improvement in various companies, school districts, faith institutions, and for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Prior to Voss joining the team at The Center for Strategic Leadership and Organizational Coherence, Voss served as Office Manager, School Financial Assistant, and Program Coordinator for Memphis and Shelby County Schools for 30-plus years. Voss’s work was critical in developing continuous improvement strategies which led to facilitating financial growth to maximize profits within the guidelines of rapidly improving school districts and organizations.

Voss has served in a variety of key roles which allowed her to help empower financial organizational leaders and assistants to lead from a position of strength and expand their impact in leading large-scale change and transformation. Voss graduated in the top ten of her class at Southwest College of Technology. Voss’s experience includes financial data analysis, program initiatives, and building a positive working culture, with a proven record for exceeding the organization and school district’s goals. Voss’s research interests include leadership development, developing extensive research cures for cancer, and investigating ways to support the social-emotional needs of those who experience financial hardship.

Voss is a 5-year breast cancer survivor & she remains both positive and enthusiastic. Voss has traveled globally exploring the most talked about landmarks with a little retail therapy added as a tool to foster social-emotional well-being and wellness. Voss is also a trained vocalist who loves to sing and she did for many years in her church choir. Voss is the proud mother of two amazing

children – Jatareious and Rene-neisha – who, along with her one grandchild, have collectively brought her immense joy.
