Ryan McLeod uses his executive coaching and organizational consulting skills to develop great leaders and teams. He draws on over 30 years of experience in education and public service to help individuals, teams, and organizations improve leadership, communication, collective efficacy, systems development, and professional growth.

After working as a firefighter and trainer for over a decade, he served for over 25 years in a variety of diverse school districts as a teacher, building leader, and central administration. Most recently, as Superintendent, Ryan successfully developed and implemented comprehensive systems for district reconfiguration including performance management, talent management, intense student support, teacher collaborative routines, and instructional leadership. Ryan’s practical approach to leadership and organization development has helped clients achieve their goals and improved organizational, professional, and student outcomes. Ryan’s coaching training included the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program through the Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado. He earned his doctorate in educational administration and supervision from the University of Toledo, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University, and a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan–Dearborn.

Ryan’s niche is working in educational, business, and personal settings to help leaders build increased capacity in the areas of interpersonal effectiveness, executive presence, and leadership expertise.
