Senior Grant Compliance and Finance Manager

Tabatha Perry, PHR is the Senior Grant Compliance and Finance Manager at The Center for Strategic Leadership and Organizational Coherence. Tabatha has over 20 years as an achievement-oriented professional with extensive experience in human resource management, employee engagement, onboarding, and strategic planning. Tabatha has led all aspects of talent acquisition, payroll administration, training and development, and reconciliation management.


Throughout her career, Tabatha has served as a Human Resource, Operations, Customer Service, and Area Sales Manager. In these roles, she efficiently and effectively implemented leadership strategies for performance management and employee relations. Tabatha has facilitated human resource functions and administered policies and procedures to align with business development and plans. She utilized a cross-functional approach to increase employee retention by improving engagement and maximizing the staffing matrix. Tabatha decreased the overall employee turnover rate by 30% through staff development and improved employee recognition programs.  Additionally, Tabatha has earned company-wide Pacesetter Achievement Awards by constructively achieving aims to reduce payroll expenses by 20% through forecasting, planning, and scheduling to meet payroll and budgets.


Tabatha attended The University of Memphis, where she received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Also, she earned a Professional in Human

Resources Certification(PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute(HRCI) in Alexandria, VA. Tabatha is married to Mr. Carlos Perry and they have one daughter, Taylor.
